Separate country and subnational route questions

North America is not one immigration market. Canada and the United States use different legal categories, selection methods, employer roles and residence pathways, while other countries in the region have their own authorities. A province, state or territory can matter operationally, but national law still defines entry and immigration status.

Work planning should distinguish employer-specific permission, independently assessed skilled routes, professional licensing and the evidence needed to prove experience. Study planning should examine institution eligibility, funds, work conditions and post-study options. None of these outcomes follows automatically from admission, a job discussion or published office evidence.

Family and long-term plans need separate review. A spouse, partner or child may use a dependant, sponsorship or independent route, and timing can differ from the main applicant. Permanent residence and citizenship have distinct eligibility, residence-history and compliance tests that should not be collapsed into the initial visa question.

Compare the country profiles for current service scope, official sources, office cities and route information. Then use Route Finder and Compare to organise questions. Mohajerat360 can help structure a case, but the relevant government authority decides every application under the rules in force when it is assessed.
